As lot of you know, toy cameras where a big part of my life while at Mizzou. Since I have moved to Kansas City, Missouri, I really haven’t been shooting much with the Holga. I have decided to start shooting again and to start a new project.
The Traveling Holga, my plan to is load a holga take one photograph with it and pass it along to another photographer in a different city. My goal is to pass the camera to 11 other photographers, 12 counting myself and see if we could produce some kind of body of work. I think to make this work, I would assign an assignment, so we would all shoot the same thing, but in our own views.
If you want to be apart of this, please email me your information. I would like the camera to travel to 12 different cities, starting in Kansas City and working around the State, Country, or even better, I would love for it to make it to a different country.
